Valid
characters are A–Z ’ – , . 0–9 or a single space.
DRUGS invalid
You have entered an invalid character in the drugs
indicator.
Valid characters are Y, N or a blank
space.
RES INST not known
You have entered an invalid Residential Institute
code.
Display the RI screen for a complete listing of
all Residential Institutes in your area.
POSTCODE not on HO
The patient’s RI Code is valid and the RI Screen
entry indicates that this RI attracts a New GMS
“uplift”. However, the patient’s postcode is not on
the HO Screen and your SP-G Screen indicates that
Postcode vs. RI code validation is required.
Either
enter a postcode for the patient which is on the HO
Screen or remove the patient’s RI Code.
POSTCODE on HO
Query message. The patient has not got an RI Code,
but the patient’s postcode is on the HO Screen and
your SP-G Screen indicates that Postcode vs. RI
Code validation is required.
Check to see if the
patient address relates to a Nursing/Residential
Home on the RI Screen, the code for which should
be recorded against the patient.
RPP invalid
You have entered an invalid character in the RPP
Rate field.
Valid characters are F, H or blank.
RPP not set for GP
If RPP details are entered, the patient’s GP must be
entitled to RPP Payments.
Check the GP details on
the GD screen.
RPP but no details
If RPP details are entered, there must also be an
entry in the Distance or SP units fields.
RPP not specified
You must not enter details in the distance or special
units fields unless the RPP indicator is set to F or H.
Enter details correctly.
RPP/RES conflict
The RPP rate entered on the ID screen must be the
same as the RPP rate for the Residential Institute on
the RI screen.
Check the Residential Institute’s RPP
rate on the RI screen.
DISTANCE OK
The patient’s address or GP code has been amended.
Check the values entered in the RPP fields to ensure
that they are still valid.
DISTANCE invalid
You have entered an invalid distance.
Valid numbers
are 3–50.
