FEATURES AND CONTROLS
Brake Pedal
Depress the brake pedal to slow
or stop the vehicle. Apply the
brakes while starting the engine.
When the brake pedal is
depressed, the brake light comes
on. Check the brake light before
each ride.
1. Turn the ignition switch to
the LIGHTS ON position.
2. Apply the brakes. The brake
light should come on after
about 10 mm (0.4 in.) of
pedal travel.
Throttle Pedal
Push the pedal down to increase engine speed. Spring pressure returns
the pedal to the rest position when released. Always check that the
throttle pedal returns normally before starting the engine.
Tip:
If the throttle pedal and brake pedal are applied simultaneously, engine
power may be limited.
WARNING!
Never start or operate this vehicle if it has a sticking or improperly
operating throttle pedal. Immediately contact your POLARIS dealer or other
qualified person for service if throttle problems arise.
