4.  EMPTYING AND  CLEANING  THE
DUST COLLECTION CONTAINER

4.1 Turn off the appliance with the ON/OFF
switch. unplug the power cable.
4.2 Holding the appliance upright, press the
dust collection container handle downwards
while pulling the dust collection container as-
sembly out of the appliance (6)(7).
4.3 Empty the dust collection container. If the
container is very dirty, rinse it under running
water. Dry the container before putting back
the filter. 
4.4 Pull the dust collection container lid
upwards and pull it off the container  (8).
4.5 Turn the micro-perforated mesh anti-
clockwise  and separate it from the lid (9).
4.6 Remove the filter from the micro-perfora-
ted mesh. 
4.7 Rinse the micro-perforated mesh and the
filter under running water to remove all resi-
dual dirt.
4.8 Put the filter back into the micro-perfora-
ted mesh, being careful to make sure that the
part of the filter with the seal is facing
upwards (10); if this is not the case, the filter
body will not connect to the lid. 
4.9 Screw the micro-perforated mesh back
onto the lid.
4.10 Place the assembled filter lid into the du-
st collection container and then put the dust
collection container assembly back in place in
the appliance, proceeding with the operations
described above but in reverse order.

5. GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Ensure that the appliance is switched off and
disconnected from the mains.
To clean the outside of the appliance, only use
a damp cloth and tap water.
Do not use detergents of any type.

5.1  CLEANING OR REPLACING THE AIR OU-
TLET FILTER
The filter should be cleaned after using the
appliance 2 or 3 times. Replace the air outlet
filter if it is torn or  worn. 
- Press down on the tongue and pull the air
outlet filter lid towards you until it is released
(11).

- Remove the air outlet filter from its housing
(12).
- Rinse and leave to dry. 
- Put the air outlet filter back into its housing
and close the lid again.

6. 

STORAGE

6.1 Switch off the appliance and  disconnect
the power supply cable from the mains.
6.2 Wind up the power cable on the power
cable winder hooks provided (14).
6.3 Forzaspira SE110 / SE115 may be hung up
by the hole provided on a hook with a load-
bearing capacity of at least 7 Kg.

WARNING: Check the filters during cleaning. Re-
place the filters when visibly damaged.

WARNING: Do not clean the filter with the
brush as it can be damaged, thereby redu-
cing the filtering capacity. Do not use deter-
gents, do not rub the filter, and do not wash
it in a dishwasher. 

Do not assemble the filter

if it is wet.
