event of a fault or malfunction, do not try to repair the

damage or fall into water, the appliance may no longer be
safe to use. Incorrect use or a lack of respect for the
instructions herein may lead to serious accidents. Always
contact Authorised Service Centres.
• This iron must not be used if it has been dropped, if there are
visible signs of damage or if it leaks.
• Remove the plug from the power socket before filling the
tank and during cleaning.
• To use Self Clean, carefully follow the instructions found in
the relevant chapter. Before doing any type of maintenance
or cleaning, make sure the iron has been unplugged from the
mains and is cool.
