Shared Lines

All Poly Edge B Series IP phones support multiple shared lines. Your administrator can customize your
phone to enable multiple shared lines.
Shared Line Appearance
A shared line is a service account or extension installed on a group of phones. Each call on a shared line
has a shared call appearance (SCA).
All phones on the shared line are notified when a phone uses that extension, and there can be multiple
simultaneous calls on a shared line. If your phone has a shared line configured as one of the services, it
must have as many call keys defined on the phone as are bound to that service.
