Viewing the Phone’s Status
View the status of your phone and various features.
View System Information
View information, including the phone’s model number, software version, MAC address, and IP address.
Task
1 Go to Settings > Status.
2 Select System Information.
Check the Status of the Calendar
Issues with the phone’s connection to the Microsoft server may cause calendar problems. Without a functioning
connection, you might not see the Calendar icon on the Home screen or you might not receive meeting reminders.
Task
1 Go to Settings > Calendar.
2 From the Calendar screen, select Connect.
View the PAB Status
View the status of the Personal Address Book (PAB) on your phone to determine any issues with the PAB. Contact your
system administrator for further troubleshooting help.

View the GAB Status
If you are having issues accessing the Global Address Book (GAB), view the status of the GAB in the Status menu on your
phone. Contact your system administrator for further troubleshooting help.

Troubleshooting Issues
Speakerphone
If your speakerphone doesn't work, your system administrator may have disabled it. If this is the case, a message displays
after you press the speakerphone key
informing you that Handsfree mode is disabled. In this case, use the handset or a
headset to handle calls.
