Connecting the system to pump and pool

1. Unplug the power cord.
2. Remove outlet hose end, check inside the electrolytic cell outlet tube. Make sure it is dirt and clog free.
3. Move any debris or dirt if necessary.
FLOW SENSOR CLEANING
1. Assemble the above ground pool and its filter pump according to their installation instruction manual.
2. Take the salt water system and its accessories out of the package.
3. Place the salt water system in line after the filter pump as shown on FIG.1.
4. Connect the electrolytic cell unit inlet

to filter pump section:
4.1 If the pool is filled with water, unscrew the strainer grids from the strainer connector and insert the black hat like plug(s) into the inlet and outlet connectors, before
installing the salt water system to prevent excessive water drainage.
4.2 Disconnect the water return hose form the filter pump connection
4.3 Make sure a strainer grid piece

are properly installed onto the electrolytic cell unit inlet, lock with hose clamp

securely.
4.4 If needed, connect the universal hose adaptor

to filter pump hose, tightly.
4.5 Remove the black hat like plug(s) from outlet that prevent water from flowing out of the pool if still inplace.
5. Connect the electrolytic cell unit outlet

5.1 Connect the 1.25"(38mm) hose to the electrolytic cell outlet

, and lock it with hose clamp securely.
5.3 Remove the black hat like plug(s) from inlet that prevent water from flowing out of the pool if still present.
5.4 Check the electrolytic cell unit

for water leakage.
6. Plug in the GFCI

to power on the salt water system.
