1. TRACEABILITY AND LABELLING
STANDARD IDENTIFICATION OF THE PALLET
The complete traceability of the product is guaranteed by an identification label attached to every single pack.
Fig. 1 shows the data provided on the label in detail.
VALVE SERIAL NUMBER
Each valve is identified by a unique serial number (Fig. 2).
KEG SERIAL NUMBER
Each keg is identified by a unique serial number (Fig. 3).
