5 – WARRANTIES
POMOCA guarantees the original buyer
that the product complies with the spe-
cifications listed in the instructions for
a duration of one year from the date of
purchase. If the buyer should discover a
hidden defect, they would be required to
return the product to the point of sale.
This product will then be repaired or ex-
changed free of charge. We reserve the
right to demand proof of purchase for
any warranty claims. This warranty does
not cover normal sear of the product,
unauthorized modifications or transfor-
mations, incorrect use, inappropriate
maintenance, accidents or use of the
product for purposes for which it was not
intended.
Warning
Skiing is, by its very nature, a dangerous
sport which involves a risk of serious in-
jury or even death. You must understand
and accept the risks involved before taking
up skiing. You are entirely responsible for
your actions and decisions. Before using
this product, you should read the instruc-
tions and warnings accompanying it, train
yourself in using it appropriately and fa-
miliarize yourself with its possibilities and
limitations.
