Intended use
Only use the product described in this manual as follows:
•
For creating light and mist effects.
•
For use in water fountain systems and ponds.
•
For use above and under water.
•
Operate the product in compliance with the technical data.

The following restrictions apply to the unit:
•
Operation in swimming pools, bath tubs
or bodies of water which could be used by persons is prohibited!
•
Do not use for commercial or industrial purposes.
•
Do not use for long-term operation.
•
Never run the unit without water.
•
Do not use in conjunction with chemicals, foodstuff, easily flammable or explosive substances.
Installation and connection

Position and secure the units so that they cannot present a hazard:
•
Install the transformer at a minimum safety distance of 6.5 ft from the water.
How to proceed:
1. Route the connection cable of the misting unit through the float unit.
2. Place the misting unit in the float unit. Ensure that the LEDs point upwards.
3. Connect the plug of the connection cable to the outlet on the transformer and hand-tighten the union nut.
4. Place the misting unit in the water.
Commissioning/start-up
NOTE
The unit will be destroyed if it is operated with a dimmer. It contains sensitive electrical components.
Do not connect the unit to a dimmable power supply.
Switching on:
Plug the power plug of the transformer into the power outlet.
•
Check the function of the misting unit.
Switching off:
Disconnect the transformer power plug.
The operating life of the membrane depends on the operating time, water hardness, water purity etc.
PfG recommends: Do not use the unit for longer than 4 to 6 hours a day.
