Clean the housing of the submersion unit
Open and clean the housing of the submersion unit
How to proceed:

1. Loosen and remove the screw at the housing bottom.
– The screw is used as transport protection and not required for operation.
2. Reach underneath the rim of the housing cover and hinge it up.
3. Remove unit set.
4. Rinse the housing, remove dirt from the openings in particular.
Close the housing of the submersion unit

1. Place the units into the housing.
2. Ensure that the power cord is routed in the cord leadthrough.
3. Close the housing.
Cleaning the pump
Remove the units from the housing of the submersion unit prior to cleaning the pump. (

How to proceed:

1. Unscrew the union nut (remains connected to the UVC clarifying unit), then pull off the pump downwards.
2. Unscrew the pump lid by turning counter-clockwise, and remove (bayonet closure).
3. Pull out the impeller unit (magnetic holder).
4. Rinse all parts. (Not shown)
5. Reassemble the unit in the reverse order.

Never operate the UVC lamp outside its casing.

Never operate the UVC lamp in a casing that is defective.

Quartz glass and UVC lamp can break and cause cut injuries.

Handle the quartz glass and UVC lamp with care.
Open and clean the UVC water housing
How to proceed:

1. Press on the engagement lug at the unit head, then turn the UVC water housing counter-clockwise against the stop.
2. Carefully remove the water housing from the unit head.
3. Clean the water housing under running water. (Not shown)
4. Clean the quartz glass outer face with a moist cloth and check for damage. (Not shown)
5. Check the O ring at the unit head for damage.

How to proceed:

1. Carefully push the UVC water housing onto the unit head such that tenon and groove of the bayonet closure en-
gage.
2. Turn the UVC water housing clockwise against the stop and allow to engage.
