Your vehicle features rear-wheel drive
and may be equipped with “summer
only” performance tires, which offer ex-
cellent handling on dry roads. However,
during winter months, it’s recommended
to switch to winter tires that will provide
additional traction in poor weather condi-
tions. See your Pontiac dealer for infor-
mation about recommended winter tires.

See Vehicle Service and Care in your Owner Manual.

Winter Tires

G8 models are equipped with a compact
spare tire located under the trunk floor.
G8 GT models are equipped with a tire
inflator kit, which can be used to seal
small punctures in the tread area of a
tire. The kit is located under the trunk
floor. Refer to the tire inflator kit instruc-
tions for complete operating information.
