ORP Value
flashing
Warning abnormal redox value
Reminder : the value of the redox potential is shown in tens of mV (ex : 67. = 670 mV).
The device has detected an abnormal value of the ORP, either too high (> 800 mV), either
too low (< 400 mV).
If the value becomes normal
, the blinking disappears.
In any case :
1/ Check that the installation is in compliance with the diagram p.6 or 7 and that the probe is
connected on the good jack BNC (§3.6)
2/ Measure manually the ORP value with an external disposal to verify the indicated value of
the device.
3/ Test the redox probe by proceeding to its adjusting with a standard solution, for example
470 mV.
Message “AL”
Flashing
The device detected that last liquid chlorine injections don’t increase the ORP value.
ORP regulation is suspended. Acknowledge an alarm, press . ORP value appears.
1/ Check that the pH corrective tin is not empty.
2/ Using “MA” function, check that liquid be vacuumed up and injected well.
3/ Check state of ORP probe, adjusting it in a buffer solution.
4/ Check well similarity for “DO” parameter. If necessary overdose because liquid
chlorine concentrations are often below of reality.
