Assembly/ User Instructions
Before you start
sure that you have all the required parts. Follow each assembly step in order to prevent incorrect assembly.
Ensure that the product is fully assembled as illustrated before use.

2. Screw the stem (1) onto the controls section. Screw loose stem (2) onto controls section. Slide the plate with
2 holes onto the bottom of the stems, pulling the cable through the base.
3. Slide the washer and nut (3) along the cable and tighten lightly. Screw the loose nut and washer onto the
other stem. Ensure the 2 stems are parallel and fully tighten the nuts.
4. Pull cable through the cable clamp in the side of the base (4) and lock it with the plastic screw (5).
5. Install the Bulbs, avoiding touching them with bare hands - use a cloth or gloves.

If your Lamp will not illuminate, please check the bulb, the 3 amp fuse in the plug and ultimately check the
relevant fuse in your Fuse Box. If unsuccessful please consult your Retailer.
