PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE

Cleaner is moving in circles.
- The belt is damaged.
- One of the four side wheels is damaged or
dismounted.
- Check the condition of the drive belts. If necessary, change the defective belt.
- Check the wheels to see whether they are bolted onto the end of the rollers. Place
the wheels on the rollers and bolt them on.
Cleaner stops after a few
minutes.
- Floating cable connection.
- Possible failure of the floating cable.
- Possible water leakage into the motor.
- Check the floating cable connection. Disconnect and reconnect as needed (see
section 5).
Check whether the connectors at the end of the cables are damaged, corroded, etc.
Cleaner moves more slowly
than before.
- The cleaner is too heavy.
- The flow is not sufficient.
- Cable connections.
- Check whether the basket is full.
- Check, and if needed, clean the pump impeller or the grid above the impeller
(propeller on the top of the cleaner pointing towards the handle).
- Check all cable connections (see section on electrical connections).
Power control lights flash one
after the other.
- No electrical supply.
- Check all electrical connections (see section on electrical connections). If moisture
is present on the connection, let it dry out before connecting it again.
- Turn the power switch on.
Red control light is flashing.
- Bad connection.
- Possible motor failure.
- Check all cable connections.
- Please contact Customer Service.
Red and blue LED control
lights are flashing
simultaneously.
- The cleaner is connected to an electric
power source, but the diagnostic system is
detecting a problem.
- Check that the connections are correct and tight. If the problem persists, please
contact your dealer or customer service at info@mountfield.cz
No lit up LED control light on
the source. Cleaner does not
work.
- Overheated source. The thermal fuse has
disconnected the power supply.
- No power supply.
- Let the source cool down. Then the power should be restored automatically.
- Check the electrical outlet.
- Check the connection.
- Please contact our Customer Service.
Cleaner leaves marks on the
bottom.
- The condition of the brushes and/or gear
belts.
- These brushes and belts are wear and tear items. If needed, check them and
replace them.
