TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
1. The warrantee under this warranty shall be the consumer within the meaning of the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific terms and conditions of consumer
sales, and amendments to the Polish Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as Customer).
2. ROCA POOL-SPA Spółka z o.o. issues the following warranty for its products to the Customers:

a) In the case of the whirlpool bathtub, the prerequisite of warranty validity shall be installation by a technician with a relevant electrical certificate.
Information on the installation should be provided in the relevant space on the Warranty Card.
The warranty period shall commence on the date of sale of the product, as indicated on the product purchase invoice.
3. The Warranter warrants that the purchased merchandise conforms (correspons) to the agreement.
4. Any identified defects or damage to the product should be reported to the seller within 7 days from the date of occurrence under the pain of voiding
the warranty. If the seller cannot be contacted, please notify the After Sales Service Department of ROCA POOL-SPA in writing, within the deadline
specified above.
5. Any defects or damage to the product which are identified during the warranty period and occur through no fault of the User shall be repaired free-of-
charge within 21 days from the date of the Customer’s notification of the defect, unless the repair requires importing spare parts for which the delivery
period, for reasons outside the Manufacturer’s control, exceeds 21 days.
6. Any repairs shall be performed at the Customer’s site.
7. The warranty shall be voided in the event of:
- mechanical damage to the instrumentation,
- mechanical damage to the product surface,
- any unauthorised repairs or modifications performed by the Customer,
- installation of other devices on the product (except for bath taps installed on designated sites on bathtubs),
- performing maintenance that is non-compliant with the guidelines provided in the instruction manual.
8. The warranty document shall be null and void if the seller, on the date of the purchase for which the warranty is issued, fails to confirm the sale with
its signature, seal and date on the Warranty Card.
9. The Manufacturer shall not refund any expenses related to damage of walls and flooring (e.g. glazed tiling, floor tiles, wooden panelling, etc.) caused
directly by the repair of the product.
10. In the case of products from the products display, ROCA POOL-SPA Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to issue the quality warranty on the condition of a
technical inspection performed against payment by an authorised service centre.
11. After the warranty period has expired, ROCA POOL-SPA provides a post-warranty service against payment.
12. This warranty shall not exclude, restrict or suspend the Customer’s rights related to the non-compliance of products with the agreement.
