ATTENTION
BEFORE START-UP OF THE CABINET IT IS MOST
IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE
INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.
RECEIPT OF THE CABINET
Examine the cabinet and report to your dealer any
damage caused during transportation.
THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE
IN TRANSPORTATION.
PLACING THE CABINET
The air circulation above the cabinet must be free.
The ambient temperature must not 32°C or
fall below +5°C. Avoid placing the cabinet close to
any equipment that radiates heat (e.g. oven, radiator).
The cabinet is levelled with the adjustable feet. The
cabinet can also be equipped with castors.
INTRODUCTION
Unpack the shelving package that is inside the
cabinet. Clean the cabinet and the shelves with a
mild cleaning agent and wipe dry. Leave the door
open for a while. Place the shelf brackets at the
desired height and put the shelves on.
POWER SUPPLY
The main lead is earthed. Before connecting the
cabinet to the electricity supply make sure that the
socket is protected with a fuse of 10 A delayed.
The voltage must be 240V / 50 Hz / 1-phase.
START-UP
The main ON/OFF switch (‘D’) is located on the end
of the control panel. When the pilot lamp is
illuminated it indicates there is power to the unit and
on pressing button ‘D’ the ‘OFF’ sign will disappear
from the display. During normal operation the display
will indicate the cabinet internal air temperature or
when ‘dEF is displayed when the cabinet is taking
it’s automatic defrost period.
Before loading with goods, ensure the cabinet has
reached the required holding temperature.

The combined control unit with thermometer,
thermostat and defrost timer is located on the
control panel of the cabinet. There are potential free
connections for centralalarm system, that can be
connected either normally open or closed.
For HACCP-purposes, there is a RJ45-connection,
that enables you to connect the cabinet to a PC.
Lae TAB -temperature logging and controlling
software (additional accessory) enables you to
collect temperature information and alarm history
automatically.
PLACING THE GOODS
Please do not over-load the cabinet. There is a
maximum load mark on the back wall inside the
cabinet that should not be exceeded. Do not place
goods on the floor either. The air circulation on the
floor should not be blocked.
