BLAST CHILLING
In the control panel there is a manual timer which
shall be used during the blast chilling. After loading
the cabinet turn the timer to show the wished blast
chilling time (90 min.). The compressor is now
forced to run without any influence of the thermostat
and so giving the maximum efficiency for that
selected period.
After the blast chilling the compressor remains to be
controlled by the thermostat and the cabinet works
as a standard chiller cabinet.
The cabinet is dimensioned so that maximum blast
chilling amount is according to DHSS approx.:
DC 520
+70°C...+3°C in 90 minutes

BLAST CHILLING
In the control panel there is a blast freezing switch
which shall be used during the blast freezing.
After loading the cabinet, turn the switch (3.) on so
that the yellow pilot light shines.
The compressor is now forced to run without any
influence of the thermostat, so giving the maximum
efficiency for the blast freezing.
It is very important after the blast freezing period to
turn blast freezing switch off. Then the compressor
remains to be controlled by the thermostat and the
cabinet works as a standard freezer cabinet.
The cabinet is dimensioned so that maximum blast
freezing amount is approx.:
