TO ATTACH SOCKETS
Only use sockets rated for
IMPACT DUTY
. Other sockets
might shatter, endangering you and others around you.
1.
Align the hole (A) Fig. 2 in the socket with the detente pin (B) Fig. 2.
2.
Depress the detente pin and push the socket on the anvil until the
detente pin snaps into the hole (A).
DISCONNECT TOOL FROM POWER SOURCE.
TO REMOVE SOCKETS
1.
Insert a small diameter object (nail, pin punch, etc.) (A) Fig. 3 through the
hole in the socket to depress the pin.
2.
Pull the socket off the anvil.
DISCONNECT TOOL FROM POWER SOURCE.

MAINTENANCE
KEEP TOOL CLEAN
Periodically blow out all air passages with dry compressed air. All plastic
parts should be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. NEVER use solvents to
clean plastic parts. They could possibly dissolve or otherwise damage the
material.
Wear ANSI Z87.1 safety glasses while using compressed
air.
FAILURE TO START
Should your tool fail to start, check to make sure the prongs on the cord
plug are making good contact in the outlet. Also, check for blown fuses or
open circuit breakers in the line.
