Mechanical Problems
The following table contains a listing of mechanical problems together with
possible causes and solutions:

looper area.
Check lubrication points. Use correct oil.
Waste remover
system does not
work when
machine is
turned on.
Poor electrical
connection.
Waste tubes blocked.
Check connection.
Unblock the tubes.
Flange cutter
does not operate,
or operates
poorly.
No air pressure.
Kinked air lines.
Dull or improperly
set knives.
Check for pressure.
Check lines.
Sharpen or reset knives.
No action when
cutter pedal is
pressed.
No air pressure
Kinked lines.
Check air pressure.

Power is ON;
sewing head

Loose belt.
