9. Carry the tool only by the handle, with finger away from the trigger. Pull

on safety yoke mechanism to avoid unintentional firing of fastener.

10. Keep the tool pointed away from yourself and others at all times. Keep

hands away from the area surrounding the nose piece to safeguard
against possible injury.

11. Connect the tool to the air supply before loading fasteners. This prevents

a fastener from being fired during connection.

12. Do not keep the trigger or safety depressed while loading fasteners.

Unintentional firing of a fastener will cause personal injury.

13. Disconnect tool from the air supply hose and close the compressor before

performing maintenance, altering the accessories, or when not in use.

14. Do not drive fasteners close to the edge of the workpiece. The workpiece

can split, allowing fastener to fly free or ricochet, causing personal
injury.

15. Do not drive fastener on top of another nailed fastener, as the fastener

can cause personal injury.

16. Never use a tool that is leaking air, has missing or damaged parts or

requires repair. Make sure all the screws and caps are securely tightened.

17. Make daily inspections for free movement of trigger, safety mechanism

and spring to ensure the tool can operate well.

18. Use only parts, fasteners and accessories recommended by the

manufacturer.

19. Never point the tool at yourself or others.

Caution:

1. To avoid loud noise, fast wearing, and misfiring, do not work at the

minimum operating pressure.

2. Use clean, dry and regulated compressed air.

3. Do not use the compressed air exceeding the max. pressure of 120 PSI. A

pressure-charged valve should be set between the tool and compressed air
if there is only a high pressure source.

4. Place two to six drops of pneumatic oil in the tool’s air inlet at the

beginning of each workday.
