Lubrication
Before and after each use of the paint spray gun, perform the following
lubrication process, using a non-silicone, spray gun lubricant.
1. Put 2 or 3 drops of lubricant on the needle in front of the trigger. Tip
the gun backward and allow the lubricant to drip into the front of the
gun housing.
2. Put 2 or 3 drops of lubricant on the fan adjuster. Tip the gun backward
and allow the lubricant to drip into the front of the gun housing.
3. Put 2 or 3 drops of lubricant on the fan adjuster. Tip the bun backward
and allow the lubricant to drip into the front of the gun housing.
4. Put one drop of lubricant on the trigger stud and another on the trigger
screw. Work the trigger to allow the lubricant to coat the parts.
5. Put one drop of the lubricant on the regulator adjusting cap. Tip it
sideways and allow the lubricant to drip into the front cap.
