2. Do not use the tool if any parts are damage broken or misplaced. Repair
or replace the parts.
3. Do not insert a finger or any object into the pump openings.
4. The pump is non-submersible.
5. Operate water pump from a stable surface. Anchor the pump to avoid
equipment movement. The load from hoses may cause the pump to tip over.
6. Only pump water with this pump to avoid creating a hazardous situation
or damaging the pump.

The pump can pass solids up to 1/8 in. in size. Larger solids can
jam and damage the pump. Add an intake filtering screen to the
intake hose.

Do not obstruct the suction or discharge hose in any way.
8. Never run the pump against a closed discharge. The pump may
overheat, damaging the seals and creating a situation where a burn
injury can result.
9. Do not run the pump dry. This will cause cavitation in the pump
mechanism and can damage the pump beyond repair. Prime the pump
after 5 minutes if water is not flowing.
10. Do not allow the pump or any other system component to freeze, as
this can damage the pump during operation.
11. Never move machine by pulling on the hoses. Hold the unit’s frame
when moving it.
12. Do not touch the pump or motor while it is operating, as it can inflict a
burn injury. Allow 20 minutes to cool before handling.
