Move the sander slowly over the work piece using forward and back or side to side
strokes.
▪
Upon completion of the sanding operation remove the sander from the work piece before
turning if off.
8.2
Switching On-off
Connect the battery pack (5) to the power tool by pushing the release latch (4).
The tool is switched
“On” by the ON/OFF switch (2) located on the front of the tool housing.

8.3
Attaching the sandpaper

Select sandpaper with the correct grain size. Make sure the perforations in the paper
coincide with those on the sanding base plate.
▪
The sandpaper should rest flush on the base plate and must not come loose.
▪
You can be sure to find the right sandpaper among our product range (see technical
specifications).
8.4
Using the dust collection box
The dust extraction system extracts sanding dust from the work piece through the holes in the
backing pad. The dust is then transferred through the dust extraction port on the rear of the
sander housing. (Fig. 4)

To install: Insert the dust box (7) into dust extraction port, rotate the dust box anti-
clockwise by hand and lock on the correct position, make sure the dust bag is tightly
fastened.

To remove: When removing the dust box, follow the above procedure in reverse order.
If the dust collection box is full, you can remove it from this tool and open the cover of box to
empty and clean the dust collection box. (Fig. 5)

To remove: Hold the top cover (a) with one hand and the lower cover (b) with the other.
Disconnect the top cover form the lower cover.

To install: When assembling the dust collection box, follow the above procedure in reverse
order.
