Program 3: RICEMILK / Cereal-Drinks

With this Vegimat program you create
delicious rice milk and other healthy
cereal drinks.

These can consist of 100% of any
cereal, or be mixed (like a oats- and
rice-drink).
You need:



50 -70g wholegrain rice
(the more, the more viscous)
or 50-70g of grain oats, spelled,
kamut, rye, barley, maize, millet,
quinoa, etc.
Soaking is not necessary.



a pinch of salt, maybe 1 tsp oil

Program duration: approx. 24 minutes

Step by step:

1.

Give the washed cereals directly
into the empty pot.

2.

Fill in cold water up to between
the two marks (about 1.4 liters).

3.

Add a little salt and maybe a
shot of oil.

4.

Place the upper Vegimat part
onto the pot and turn it clockwi-
se until the connector in the
handle of the jug and the upper
part is safely closed.
Plug the power cord to the hand-
le of the jug and into the outlet.
A beep signals the correct
connection of device and jug.

5.

Now press the Menu button to
light up the lamp "Rice". By
repeatedly pressing the Menu
button, you can switch through
all programs.

6.

With the Start button, the auto-
matic program begins.

7.

Program end is signaled by a
continuous beep. Then immedia-
tely disconnect the power cord
from the wall outlet and also
from the device.

8.

Turn the upper part open and lift
the unit from the pot.
TIP: Best practice is to "park"
the device in the plastic jug,
which you filled with cold water
before. This allows the unit to
cool and it does not dry up for
easy cleaning.

9.

The remains of your cereals can
be separated using the supplied
sieve. To do this, slowly pour the
drink from the pot through the
sieve into another container.

Done!

The water temperature and the grin-
ding is adjusted in a fully automatic
sequence of multiple, intensive heating
and grinding cycles, optimized for rice-
drinks and other cereals-drinks.
