refunded.
Conditions for claiming

The money back guarantee will be accepted within 30 days from date of
purchase.

Your request for money back guarantee must be submitted via an online
form. You get the link to it from our customer service.
c)
The guarantee expires if the device is damaged due to not properly usage
or maintainance. In particular, this relates to the damage caused by
contact with water or moisture, as well as the filling of the device with
too much or wrong ingredients.
d)
For a proper use of the unit, you have to follow all the instructions listed

e)
The guarantee does not apply to any damage which is not justified in the

Guarantee procedure

A short time later, you will receive an email with detailed instructions
about next steps, including how to proceed with the return.

Then you send the parcel to us. The delivery costs will be on you.
4.
Upon receipt of your return at POWER-SOJA, the full purchase amount of
the products will be promptly refunded to you.
