" screws do not fit properly in
the door hinge. Make sure you use

screws to
complete this assembly step.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.

• Insert one #8 x

" screw into the left roll cage,
as shown.
Note:
Eight roll cage screws have been factory assembled.
• Tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.
• Set the left roll cage aside.

• Place the right roll cage on a flat surface with the inside
facing up.
• Insert two #8 x
3
/

" screws into the right roll cage.
Note:
Eight roll cage screws have been factory assembled.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.
• Set the right roll cage aside.

Note:
The shock set halves and the light bar legs are
marked "L" and "R".
• Identify the inner and outer halves of each shock set.
(The outer halves have screw pegs).
• Fit the pegs on an outer shock half into the holes in a
light bar leg.
• Fit the inner shock set half against the light bar leg.
