5.7.1
Emptying and cleaning the
waste container
The waste container must be
emptied and cleaned at least
once a day. If the vehicle is used
for several hours a day, the waste
container must be checked and
correspondingly more frequently
emptied.
Observe the applicable laws and
local regulations in respect of
disposal!
Only remove the container in the
direct vicinity of the refuse dump.
Removing the waste container
The waste container (Fig. 30/1)
can only be removed on the right-
hand side of the vehicle.
1. Take hold of the waste container (Fig.
30/1) by the handle (Fig. 30/4) and
pivot it back to the left a little to unlock
it.
2. Pull the waste container (Fig. 30/1) out
using the handle (Fig. 30/4).

Emptying the waste container
The waste container cannot be
filled higher than the throw-in
edge (Fig. 30/3).
Empty the waste container (Fig. 30/1)
regularly at a suitable location.
Cleaning the waste container
Wash and clean the waste container (Fig.
30/1) with water.
Installing the waste container
Position the waste container (Fig. 30/1)
on the guide edge (Fig. 30/2) and slide in,
from the right-hand side, until it will 3 go
no further.
