First Operation

2.1

Instruction

Only persons trained by qualified Minu-
teman technicians are authorized to
operate, service and repair the machi-
ne. Operators must read and under-
stand this manual before operating or
maintaining this machine.

2.2

Initial Charging Procedure

Before first operation of the
machine, fully charge the bat-
tery with an initial charging pro-

operating instructions of the
charger as well as with those of
the battery manufacturer. Mi-

insufficient initial charge.

2.3

Before Putting into Operation

Complete the following inspections be-
fore taking the machine into operation:
1. Check the area around the machine

for signs of leakage. Hoses, lines

2. Install brushes and squeegee, see

maintenance chapter.

3. Install batteries and connect battery

plug, see maintenance chapter.

4. Check battery charge and recharge

if required. An initial charge is requi-

5. Empty recovery tank and clean it if

required, see maintenance chapter.

6. Refill solution tank and add cleaning

agent according to the manufactur-
