Put the handlebar post (6) in a vertical position. Place the front plastic cover (17) over the lower part
of the handlebar post (6). Keep the upper computer cable (14) hanging from the handlebar post until
the front plastic cover has been attached.
Connect the tension control (48) with the lower tension cable (15).
Connect the upper computer cable (14) with the sensor cable (16).
Put the handlebar post (6) in the main frame (44) and screw the handlebar post (6) in with four
curved washers (7), four spring washers (19) and four allen bolts M8*20(8). Do not tighten the bolts
fully.
Step 4: Assembling the saddle
Assemble the seat gliding set (59) onto the seat support (47) and secure it with the square neck
carriage bolt (60), washer (62) and knob (63). Then place the seat support (47) in the main frame (44)
and secure the seat support (47) with the quick pin (46).
Attach the seat (58) onto the seat gliding set (59). Set it in the correct position and secure it.
Step 5: Assembling the handlebar
Pull the hand pulse cable (54) from the handlebar (57).
Attach the handlebar (57) to the handlebar post (6) and secure it with the tube spacer (49) and the
knob (50).
Then attach the plastic cover (51 L+R) to the handlebar post (6) and secure it with four screws (52).
