Specifications
TIME (TIME): 0:00 – 99:00 minutes
DISTANCE (DIST.) (DISTANCE): 0,0 – 999,0 km
CALORIES (CAL.) (CALORIEs): 0 – 9990 Kcal
TARGET HEART RATE (T.H.R.) (HEART RATE): 60 – 220 heart beats per minute
REVOLUTIONS PER MINUTE (R.P.M.) (REVOLUTIONS PER MINUTE): 0 - 999
SPEED (SPEED): 0 – 99,9 km per hour
T.H.R.
The display will start blinking once the set value for the T.H.R. (heart rate) has been reached.
WATT
The computer will adjust the resistance to the speed. The resistance will increase when the speed is low, but decrease when the speed is
high.
R.P.M.
The display shows the current number of revolutions per minute.
SPEED
The display shows the current speed.
Programs
There is one manually adjustable program, 1 Body Fat program, 1 Watt program, 1 H.R.C. program, 1 user program and 12 preset
programs.
Manual program
Press the MODE key to select the program mode. Press the UP and DOWN keys to select the manual (MANUAL) program mode. Then press
the MODE key to set the TIME (time), DIST (distance), CAL (calories) and T.H.R. Once you have selected a value, it will flash. You can now
adjust the value by pressing the UP and DOWN keys. Confirm by pressing the MODE key.
Note:
the values TIME (time), DIST (distance) and CAL (calories) can't all be set. You need to choose one of these three values.
Press the START/STOP key to begin training. During training, you can adjust the resistance level by pressing the UP or DOWN keys. Once the
preset value is reached, there is a sound signal and the program will stop automatically. If you want to continue training, press the
START/STOP key.
Body Fat program
Press the MODE key to select the program mode. Press the UP and DOWN keys to select the Body Fat program. Then press the MODE key
to set the values. AGE (age), gender (gender), height (height) and weight (weight). Once you have selected a value will flash, after which
you can adjust the value with the UP and DOWN keys. Confirm by pressing the MODE key.
Press the START/STOP key and hold the palms of your hands on the hand pulse sensors to monitor your body fat percentage and BMI (Body
Mass Index) measurement. The measured values will be displayed. Then press the START/STOP key to return to the program selection
mode.
Watt-programma
Press the MODE key to access the program mode. Press the UP and DOWN keys to select Watts (Watt) program. Then press the MODE key
to set the TIME (time), DIST (distance), CAL (calories), and THR WATT (heart rate). Once you have selected a value it will flash, after which
you can adjust the value with the UP and DOWN keys. Confirm by pressing the MODE key.
Note:
the values TIME (time), DIST (distance) and CAL (calories) can't all be set. You need to choose one of these three values.
Press the START/STOP key to start training. During training the computer will automatically adjust resistance to the speed. The resistance
will increase when the speed is low, but will decrease when the speed is high. Once the preset value is reached, there is a sound signal and
the program will stop automatically. If you want to continue training, press the START/STOP key again.
H.R.C. (Heart Rate Control)-program
In the H.R.C. program, you can choose from four training options: THR, 65%, 75% and 90%.
65% :
Target Heart Rate (target number of heartbeats) = 65% of (220-AGE (age))
75%:
Target Heart Rate (target number of heartbeats) = 75% of (220-AGE (age))
90%:
Target Heart Rate (target number of heartbeats) = 90% of (220-AGE (age))
T.H.R. (TARGET HEART RATE)
Press the UP and DOWN keys to select the T.H.R. program. Then press the MODE key to set the values TIME (time), DIST (distance), CAL
(calories) and T.H.R. (heart rate). When you have selected a value, it will flash. Then you can adjust the value with the UP and DOWN keys.
Confirm by pressing the MODE key.
Note:
the values TIME (time), DIST (distance) and CAL (calories) can't all be set. You need to choose one of these three values.
Press the START/STOP key to begin training and keep the palms of your hands on the hand pulse sensors during the training. The computer
will adapt the resistance automatically during the training in order to reach the set T.H.R. When the set value has been reached, there will
be a sound signal and the program will stop automatically. If you want to continue training, press the START/STOP key again.
Attention:
if the value of your heart rate is lower than the set T.H.R., the computer will automatically increase the resistance. If the value of
your heart rate is higher than the set T.H.R., the computer will automatically reduce the resistance.
