5.1 AC/DC charger
Insert the charger plug into the DC jack of the unit and plug the charger into a mains
supply socket (230V
– 50Hz)
Make sure that the voltage rating of the mains supply corresponds with that of the
charger.
The time required to fully charge the battery is around 15 hours.
Important note: Only use the charger supplied by the manufacturer.
Other chargers may damage the unit.
5.2 12V DC car plug charger
Plug the car plug adaptor supplied into the cigarette lighter socket of your car and
insert the adaptor plug into the DC jack of the unit.
The time required to fully charge the battery is around 8-10 hours.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Charge the battery completely before you use your spotlight for the first time.
To switch ON : press the trigger switch (1).
To prevent that the spotlight can be switched on accidentally (during storage : fire
may occur !) you can block the trigger by engaging the locking switch (6).
Trigger switch can be locked in the 'ON" position for continuous operation by sliding
the trigger switch into to the locking position. Slide back to un-lock
It is not recommended to use the unit continuously. It is designed for intermittent use
only.
Charge the battery immediately after each use.

MAINTENANCE
7.1 Battery replacement
Pull off the rubber impact ring guard.
Pull off the soft grip of the revolver handgrip.
Open the housing by loosening the 6 screws.
Attention: ON/OFF switch, lock, charging socket are held in place by
the 2 housing parts and may fall out !
Pull out the battery and its terminals, replace the 6V 4Ah Lead Acid Battery.
Re-assemble in opposite order. (take care not to place the rubber guard ring upside
down)
7.2 Bulb replacement
Pull off the rubber impact ring guard.
Pull off the soft grip of the revolver handgrip.
Open the housing by loosening the 6 screws.
Grasp and lift out the bulb guard mesh.
Replace the bad bulb with a new (type : H3/ 75W)Quartz Halogen bulb) and re-
assemble in opposite order. (take care not to place the rubber guard ring upside
down)
