3.1.4 – Footrest
Adjustment of the height of the pallets according to the length of the user's leg.
4 possible positions for a total stroke of 80mm.

Remove the bolt (screws/washers/nut) located on the
lower rectangular tube of the hamstring.
Position the hamstring to the desired length
Put the bolt back in place.
(Be sure to put the bolt through the cylinder stem in
the hamstring)

A good adjustment allows an optimal distribution of the pressure under the thighs

By screwing the shock absorbers inserted at the back
of each pallet the angle of inclination decreases and
the paddles will be more flat.
The opposite effect occurs when unscrewing.
The action must be symmetrical on both sides.
