Place the Inner Pot in the appliance. Attach the Air Frying
Lid to the appliance.

Select the Air Fry setting. Set the cooking temperature to
400° F/204° C and the cooking time to 18 minutes. Let
the appliance preheat.

When the appliance has preheated, place the potato tots
in the Inner Pot. Flip the potato tots halfway through the
cooking time.
4.
When the cooking time is complete, top the potato tots
evenly with the rest of the ingredients except the sour
cream.
5.
Select the Air Fry setting. Set the cooking temperature to
400° F/204° C and the cooking time to 8 minutes. Cook
until the cheese is melted.
6.
Serve with the sour cream drizzled over the totchos.

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar
½ lb bacon, cooked & diced
1 cup pulled pork
3 scallions, chopped
2 plum tomatoes
¼ cup sour cream
