My system setting has been changed.

If you have upgraded the firmware or if the battery is completely discharged, some
system environment variables may change. In this case, you have to restore the
changed settings manually. For more information, refer to “Setup” on page 109.

I cannot enter a key.

The mPack might be operating abnormally for a variety of reasons. If this occurs, turn
the power off and turn it on again.

The remote control does not work.

Replace the remote control battery and try again.

I cannot turn the power off.

Press the POWER button and hold for approximately 5 seconds.

The operating time of the battery is too short.

The battery can be charged and discharged repeatedly but it will eventually wear out.
When the operating time is shorter than half of the normal operating time, it is time to
buy a new battery. If the operating time of the battery radically decreases, contact the
customer support center.

I cannot charge the battery.

Turn the mPack on, leave it for more than a minute and turn if off. Then charge the
battery.
Q18.
mPack P600 does not operate properly, without any apparent cause.
