3.1 Receiving-Handling
Before installing this equipment, clean all packing material from around
the unit and carefully inspect for any damage that may have occurred
during shipment. Any claim for loss or damage that may have occurred in
transit must be filed by the purchaser with the carrier. A copy of the bill of

3.2
SG-100 Gun Installation
The SG-100 gun must be installed onto a secure structure such as a robot
arm, X-Y manipulator, or lathe, using one of the available optional
brackets.
WARNING: ELECTRIC SHOCK
can kill. Do not touch live
electrical parts. The gun is electrically “live” while the power source
is ON (approx. 32 VDC). Never touch the plasma gun while it is in
operation.
Shut down unit and disconnect input power and employ
“lockout/tagging procedures” on power source before making any
connections to the gun. Lockout/tagging procedures consist of
padlocking line disconnect switch in open position, removing fuses
from fuse box, or shutting off and red-tagging circuit breaker or other
disconnecting device.
ELECTRICALLY ISOLATE
SG-100 gun when gun is to be machine
mounted. Only use non-conductive brackets supplied by the
manufacturer for machine mounting of SG-100 gun.
