Compressor operation
Leave the compressor switched on.
Leave the filled KT-3500 compressed-air cylinders in the compressor to use them as compressed-air
storage reservoirs.
Connect the regulated compressed-air outlet (5) to the device you wish to operate.
Set the desired outlet pressure at the pressure reducer (7).
You can read off the outlet pressure at the pressure gauge (6).
Interrupting operation
To interrupt operation, proceed as follows:
Switch off the compressor at the ON/OFF switch (1).
The compressor now vents automatically.
You can remove the compressed-air cylinders or
You can continue operation.
ATTENTION!
You can continue operation only if the filling pressure is below 150 bar.
If the filling pressure is above 150 bar, the filling strip must be vented manually until the pressure drops
below 150 bar. To do so, proceed as described on page 17
“Venting filling strip manually”.
Then operation is automatically continued with the ON/OFF switch (1) turned on.
ATTENTION!
The compressor may incur damage if subjected to overloading. Observe the max. switched-on period of
60 %.
