Compressor servicing
To keep the compressor always in perfect working condition, a number of regular services are required:
One-off service after 25 hours of operation
For further service intervals, see service table on page 24.
The compressor may only be serviced by persons with the required knowledge, skills and experi-
ence. All work not described here may only be carried out by the manufacturer's aftersales service
department or by the manufacturer.
Make sure prior to all servicing work that the compressor is vented.
Disconnect the compressor from the power supply.
One-off service after 25 hours of operation
Check that all freely accessible screws and nuts are secure and, if necessary, tighten them.
Clean the intake filter.
Check the V-belt tension.
Checking the oil level
The oil level can be checked at the oil dipstick (1). The oil level must be between the min. and max. marks
(2).
