Cleaning the inside of the sensor insert
Installing the sensor insert
3.
Take a "small cleaning pad"
(T49439; e.g. optics service case (T51550))
and bend the
head
(about 80°)
carefully.
4.
Clean the inner rim of the sensor insert (2)
)
with the cleaning pad
soaked in methanol. Then blow away any dirt with clean air
(bellows blower)
.
Repeat until it is clean.
If the sensor insert can no longer be cleaned or if it is damaged, it must be
replaced.
5.
Attach the sensor insert (4) to the connection head and tighten the four cylinder
head screws
(4 x Allen screws SW5)
with a torque of 10 Nm.
Note the locating pins on the laser head when doing this – they must engage into the
sensor insert.
The sensor insert must not get stuck!
The F200 version requires an extension adapter to be fitted.
Attention:
If the O-ring on the sensor insert is positioned wrongly or defective, the laser
head may leak.
6.
Screw the spatter protection plate (3) on firmly using the
two screws
(hexagonal screws SW7)
.
We recommend that you install a new ceramic part and O-ring
(ø26.00 x 1.50 Viton)
when replacing the sensor insert
).
