bends slightly outward.

Attach the handlebars using four

-inch x 1¾-inch hex
head screws, eight
⁵₁₆
-inch washers, and four
⁵₁₆
-inch
locknuts. Using a torque wrench, tighten the fasteners
with 180 to 200 inch-pounds of torque.

Rotate the plastic boot so that its tab aligns with the
cutout below it, and then press the boot downward to
secure it in place.
