Procedure 7.13 - Replacing a Stairarm Pedal
Warning: Care must be taken when work is being performed in the area of the stairarms. Pinch
points exist between the stairarm and ramp and between the stairarm and crankarm, when the
rear covers are removed.
1.
Remove the four palnuts that fasten the pedal to the stairarm. Remove the pedal from the
stairarm. There are two strips of double sided tape between the pedal and the stairarm, so
there will be some resistance when you remove the pedal.
2.
Remove the two strips of double sided tape and replace them with two new strips of double
sided foam tape, Precor part number 39874-101.
