Note:
The bars in the progress graph can describe
strides per minute, CrossRamp, or a combination of
). The width of each
bar corresponds to one minute for timed workouts, or
200 meters (656 feet) for distance-controlled
workouts. These bars scroll from right to left as your
workout continues. The line above the bars shows the
entire length of your workout and your current position
in it.
