rate grip access hole and the black wire out of the lower heart rate grip access
hole.
10. On both handlebars, connect the upper heart rate grip to the red wire and the
lower handlebar grip to the black wire. Torque screws to 8 inch pounds.

Connect the flat ribbon cable to the heart rate cable and replace the cable cover.
Torque to 20 inch pounds.
Replacing a Seat Carriage Wheel
12. Remove the acorn nut from the wheel being replaced, remove the shoulder bolt
and discard the wheel.
13. set the replacement wheel in its mounting position and fasten it with the
hardware removed in step 13. Torque the acorn nut to 90 inch pounds.
Replacing a Release Handle Assembly
14. Remove the nut from the right hand side of the release lever. Remove the release
handle pivot and spring. See Diagram, 7.19.

15. Remove the bolt from the left hand side of the release handle and remove the
release handle from the seat carriage.
16. Set the release handle in its mounting position and fasten the left hand side with
the bolt removed in step 16.
17. Place the spring on the release handle pivot as shown in Diagram 7.19. Slide the
release handle pivot into its mounting position so that the release handle pivot
engages both mating holes in the release handle and the spring is engaged in its
hole in the seat carriage.
18. Fasten the release handle pivot with the nut removed in step 15. Torque the nut to
