Frame Assembly

DO NOT 

tighten fasteners until instructed to do so.

Have your assistant hold frame parts in place during assembly.

2        M12 x 125 mm SHCS

4        washers, 13 mm

2        M12 nylon lock nuts

Tools: Hex wrench, 10 mm

Socket wrench, 19 mm

2        M10 x 125 mm BHCS

2        washers, 11 mm

Attach lower cross brace        to weight stack tower        and kick 

plate       .

Align to the far right hole under pulley. 

Insert guide rod fasteners from user side to align the kick plate. 

Hand tighten only.

 These will be removed temporarily in a later 

step.
