1
1 cable retainer
Place cable retainer into slot on lower cross brace .

1 pulley, 6-inch
Route cable around pulley and place pulley onto cable retainer.

2 washers, 13 mm ID x 38 mm OD
1 pulley cover
1 M12 lock washer
1 shoulder bolt M12 x 68 mm
Tool: Hex wrench, 8 mm
On pulley, place parts as shown and secure.
Verify cable is seated in pulley groove and not around cable retainer.
2 collars
Slide collars onto arm shafts on main frame . Place flush sides of collars
towards frame.
Slide left arm onto left shaft on main frame and then slide right
arm onto right shaft. Each arm and shaft are labeled with and
labels. Match the labels to ensure proper assembly.
2 washers, 12.2 mm ID x 35 mm OD
2 washers, rubber, black
2 M12 x 25 mm SHCS
Tool: Hex wrench, 10 mm
Place washers onto arm shafts. Hold washers centered and secure arms.
Remove all and labels.
2 end plugs with sleeves
Tool: Mallet
Place end plugs with sleeves on ends of arms. Tap gently with mallet if
needed.
