2 washers, 9 mm
2 hex head screws 5/16-inch x 1½-inch
2 hole plugs
Tool: Socket wrench, ½-inch with extension
Attach back pad to back frame . Align to lower holes in insets
on pad.
CAUTION!
Do not lose hardware down frame tube.

2 M10 x 25 mm SHCS
2 hex head screws M10 x 25 mm
4 washers, 11 mm
Tools: Hex wrench, 8 mm
Open end wrench, 16 mm
Attach back frame to main frame .

2 washers, 9 mm
2 hex head screws 5/16-inch x 1½-inch
2 hole plugs
Tool: Socket wrench, ½-inch with extension
Attach thigh pad to thigh restraint assembly .
CAUTION!
Do not drop hardware down frame tube.

4 hex head screws 5/16-inch x 1½-inch
4 washers, 9 mm
Tool: Socket wrench, ½-inch with extension
Attach seat pad to seat assembly frame .
