2 M12 x 35 mm hex head screws
2 washers, 13 mm
Tools: Open-end wrench, 19 mm
Torque wrench
Now, ensure fasteners from
step 1
of
Frame Assembly
are fully tight
-
ened. Have assistant slightly lift the main frame . Fasten the lower
shafts of the legs to the main frame from the underside.
Fully tighten, along with the frame screws from
step 4
of
Frame As-
sembly.
Tighten all M12 fasteners to 55 ft-lb (75 N-m) of torque.

Tool: Socket wrench, 13 mm with extension
Tool: Hex wrench, 5 mm with extension
Fully tighten
lock nuts under the seat plate connected in
step 2
of
the
Frame Assembly.
Tighten the collar bolts
under seat at top of each leg from steps 3
and 4.
Tighten to 9 ft-lb (12 N-m) of torque.
Remove temporary
fastener from front of seat place.

1 link rod
2 M12 x 40 mm shoulder bolts
Tool: Hex wrench, 8 mm
Adjust roud frame feet to ensure the frame is level. Have an assistant
gently press the knee plates of the legs together so that the lower foot
bars touch and appear centered to seat. Attach link rod to plates as
shown.

Tool: Open end wrench, 19 mm
If feet ar
e not centered, adjust link rod as needed to center foot bars
and then tighten.
