3. Loosen the two LPCA mounting screws and then slide and lift the LPCA off the
screws but do not remove. Then disconnect the I/O cable connections and remove.
The freedom of movement will make it easier to reach and disconnect the various I/O
connectors. Be careful to firmly hold and not allow damage to the LPCA while dis-
connecting the cable connectors. Disconnect the following LPCA cable connections:
l
Drive Motor power cable, red (M7) and black (M8), connectors to the drive
motor.
l
AC input blue wire (M1) and brown wire M2) cable connectors.
l
Two lift motor connections: the Lift Drive (J1) connector and the Lift Pot (J8)
connector.
l
Safety Breaker (J2) connector.
l
Speed sensor (J3) connection.
l
Comm Cable (J6) connection.
