I am missing a part to install the hardware
In this case, please contact your AUMUND Support. We will provide the missing part as soon
as possible.
Not all required signals from the plant control system are available for the IoT Box
In case you do not have all required signals (Motor Current, Level Switch, Speed Switch,
Straight run warning), please contact your local PREMAS® 4.0 supplier.
Certain functionalities of the analytics and dashboard will not function properly or not at all.
I would like to connect the IoT Box to more than one machine
–
is this possible?
No. The system is designed for one machine per box. This is due to the "do-it-yourself"
approach and easy to mount components, which makes it possible to function quick without
additional services.
Our cellular network is currently not working
–
can we still use PREMAS® 4.0?
The current solution requires mobile communication for data transfer. The IoT box is still
collecting data but not transferring it to PREMAS® Cloud. Therefore, your data is collected
but cannot be analyzed and accessed via PREMAS® Portal until the cellular network is
working and the IoT Box connecting again.
