3. Maintenance and repair
The Prestigio TwinScreen 16 portable monitor requires no special maintenance during operation.
However, to ensure its proper condition and reliable operation, we recommend you to do the
following periodically:

Observe the rules for using the device safely.
•
Clean the screen to remove dirt and dust using a soft, dry cloth or alcohol-free wipes for
cleaning office equipment. Prior to cleaning, turn off the monitor and disconnect the cable.
•
Use LCD screen cleaners. Never spray the cleaner directly onto the screen, otherwise it
could penetrate inside and cause an electric shock.
•
The portable monitor should be repaired only at service facilities.
If warranty repair or replacement is required, contact the seller with the receipt and the
purchased device.
